Burmese Rice:
Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Mix vegetables 2 cups
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1stick
Cloves 4
Chili sauce ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Ginger 1tsp
Green chilies 3-4
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Method:
Fry vegetables in oil. Heat oil add sugar, cloves, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds with rice, water and vinegar. Also add salt and let it simmer with chili sauce, vegetables, ginger and green chilies. In last add 2 tbsp hot oil and serve.
Meatball Stroganoff :
Ingredients:
Beef mince 500 gm
Garlic 2 cloves
Flour 2-3 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Mushrooms 1 can
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 2 tsp
Milk ¼ cup
Beef stock ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Parsley 3 tbsp
Boiled pasta 1 packet
Method:
Mix mince, salt, black pepper, garlic and make balls. Now mix flour, black pepper and paprika. Coat balls in flour mixture. Then heat butter or oil and fry balls in it. Now heat oil or butter and saute onion in it then add mushrooms, tomato paste, mustard paste, milk, beef stock, salt, black pepper and cook then add balls and cook for 5 minutes. In last add cream, parsley and serve with pasta.
